TERMS OF SERVICE
Please make sure to read through my TOS before commissioning me.
GENERAL
I have every right to refuse commissions I am not comfortable working on.
Clear character references are required. I will refuse commissions with no reference/s. Unless it is a reference sheet or character design commission.
Pose references help too but are NOT required. A general idea for what pose you want is needed.
PAYMENTS
Payment must be upfront. I will not start the commission until I have been paid 100%.
Payment through PayPal, Vgen or Ko-Fi only.
REFUNDS
NO REFUNDS unless I'm for some reason unable to complete the commission.
Make sure you are 100% sure you want to work with me before paying.
REVISIONS
Difficult revisions can only be done during the sketch phase. After line-art and coloring you can request color changes or small detail fixes.
Reference sheet and character design commissions will have more revisions than normal commissions.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I usually take from 2 weeks to 2 months to finish one commission from the time I start it. The time taken to finish your commission will always depend on how many others I have to finish before yours. Feel free to message me with questions while waiting!
If paid for a rush fee the commission will be done according to the deadline.
The commission will be saved as a PNG file and sent to the clients email after it is completed.
USE
The client may upload their finished commission to any website or social media they have with full credit to me.
The client may only use the finished commission for any commercial purposes if paid the commercial fee after discussing it with me.
The client may NOT use my commissions for NFTs or anything AI related.
The client may NOT remove my watermark or edit the commission in any way.
The client who commissioned a character design from me is allowed to edit the character, re-sell the character and do whatever else with the character (following my other TOS/USE rules) as long as the design is always credited to me.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I will retain all copyrights over the commission.
